Terms & Conditions


*A conversation with a therapist is required for all first-time clients prior to appointment scheduling. Contact 803-906-0301.
  -For all first-time clients, full payment is due at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

*Timely payment is required upon completion of all services prior to departure from the Soda City Therapeutic Massage facility.
  -You have the option to prepay, bring cash, or use a credit/debit card at checkout.
  -E-Gift Cards are also available for purchase here.

*If you are up to 15 minutes late for your appointment, your session time is reduced by that amount of time.
 -You will need to reschedule if you will be more than 15 minutes late. A fee will be charged for 50% of the session.

*If you are not able to make a scheduled appointment, you must cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance by phone call or text message.
 -If you miss a scheduled appointment without giving 24-hour notice, you forfeit 50% cost of the session for the first time and forfeit the full session cost thereafter.

*If you have an emergency, you must contact us ASAP for notification. You will have the option to reschedule your appointment at that time.

*For Loyalty Program members - The discounted rate is applicable only if you commit to at least one 90 min massage session/month.
  -Paid time does not carry over or accumulate.
  -Client agrees to put a credit/debit card on file for payment.
  -The client forfeits the membership with the first missed month and standard rates apply thereafter.

*Soda City Therapeutic Massage reserves the right to modify/update Terms & Conditions as applicable.
